Elementary School Fees

Amazing Teacher School Assemblies are billed by the day, not just by the number of presentations.  To maximize the educational impact of our programs, we encourage you to schedule two or more smaller groups rather than attempting to pack all your students into one assembly.

PROGRAM FEES

 

Note:  If you agree to do book sales for books we have authored, we will provide order forms and reduce or waive the travel  fees.

 

FULL-DAY (Deluxe)	$900 (3-5 programs anytime during the school day)
FULL-DAY (Double)	$750 (1-2 programs anytime during the school day)
HALF-DAY (Double)	$550 (1-2 programs in the morning or afternoon)
AFTER-SCHOOL or EVENING	$550 - Regular (1 program between 3-8 PM) $350 - Reduced *

 * To qualify for the reduced rate, After-School and Evening Programs require at least a full-day of programs scheduled on the same day at the same school or a nearby school.

FULL-DAY
The fees for a full-day deluxe (3-5 presentations) are $900.   Some schools will schedule a full-day and have as many as 5 performances (one for each grade level).  Not only is this educationally sound, but it is also cost effective. 

With the option to reduce the number of students in an assembly program, some schools choose to have the programs in their library or media center.  This provides another advantage:  Lunch time is no longer a scheduling issue.

 

Note:  If you agree to do book sales for books we have authored, we will provide order forms and reduce or waive the travel  fees.

SHARE A FULL-DAY
A full-day can be shared between two cooperating schools at no additional charge. For example, we can present two assemblies at your school in the morning and two assemblies at a different nearby school in the afternoon.  Each school would only pay half of the full day fee ($450 each). This allows each school to save $100 off the half-day rate. The only caveat is that both schools must book the same program on the same day.

For your convenience:

• Each school can be invoiced separately.
• Schools do not need to be in the same district, as long as they are nearby.
• Occasionally we will  try to find other schools to help coordinate shared bookings.

HALF-DAY
The fees for a half-day (1-2 presentations) are $550.  Many schools will schedule a half-day and have two performances of the same program:  one for lower grades (K-2) and one for upper grades (3-5).  This allows the program content to be customized and age-appropriate.

AFTER SCHOOL or EVENING
After School or Evening programs are regularly priced at $550. These events are a single performance given after school dismisses but before 8 PM. A reduced rate of $350 is available when a full -day has been booked on the same date in your area.

Evening programs are a great way to promote book fairs, family engagement programs, reward programs, and a guaranteed way to increase parent involvement in the PTA/PTO.  For maximum impact the program should be scheduled on the same day as a day time program. The evening program will ALWAYS be different from what was presented at YOUR school during the day unless you specifically request otherwise.

TRAVEL FEES
Based from High Point, North Carolina

 

Travel fees (gas, food, and lodging expenses) are very simple and straightforward.  If that is not enough, you'll be happy to discover that many of our clients receive a discounts on travel expenses!  Call our office to find out how you can opt out of paying any travel expenses at all.

Zone 1 - (0-50 mile radius)  $20 
Zone 2 - (51-100 mile radius)   $90 
Zone 3 - (101-150 mile radius)  $140 
Zone 4 - (151+ mile radius)  $180 

 

WAIVE TRAVEL FEES?

Depending upon where your school is located we are prepared to waive some or even the entire travel fee if you help us schedule one or more of our programs in a nearby school.  For more information about travel discounts, download our Mileage Map, identify your zone and then call our office toll-free to negotiate your discount.  The mileage map requires Adobe Acrobat Reader.
